Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if our technicians are unable to resolve the reported issue, provided the issue falls within the scope of services we offer and the request is made within 7 days of the support session.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if the issue is caused by hardware failure, third-party software not covered by our services, or if the customer fails to cooperate during the support session. Partial services already rendered are non-refundable.
Refund Process
