This is the email address used when you bought or activated your subscription.
- 3
Enter your password
Use 'Forgot password' on the sign-in screen if you can't remember it.

Common Quicken login errors
Invalid Quicken ID or password
Reset the password from the sign-in screen; check for caps lock and trailing spaces.
We can't verify your subscription
Confirm the subscription is active and that the Quicken ID matches the purchase email.
Sign-in loop / keeps asking to log in
Sign out completely, restart, verify system date & time, and allow Quicken through firewall/antivirus.
Verification code not received
Check spam, confirm the phone number on file, and request a new code.
CC-501 / CC-502 / OL-301
